Juanita Sullins – Office Manager
Juanita, our office manager who will greet you at the front door, has worked in our office since 1998, and Dr. Polk proudly claims that she is the hardest worker he has ever seen. Juanita’s cheerful personality will help you feel welcome, and she will answer your questions with enthusiasm. When Juanita is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She also loves to water ski, knit and read in her spare time.
Jamie Clinesmith – Clinical Supervisor & Orthodontic Assistant
Jamie has worked in our office since 2002 as an excellent orthodontic assistant. Jamie enjoys talking with each patient and making each one feel at ease during the orthodontic appointment. She and her husband have two small children, and they enjoy their time together. When asked to name her favorite things about her job, Jamie replied, “I enjoy laughing with my co-workers and seeing the amazing results of the patients’ teeth when treatment is finished.”
Kyla Nelson – Orthodontic Assistant
Kyla has been with our office since 2006 and is a valued orthodontic assistant. Kyla always has a warm smile on her face and quietly goes about her job with diligence and precision. Outside the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, shopping, working out, riding 4-wheelers and listening to music.
Ali Foster – Orthodontic Assistant
Ali Foster has worked in Dr. Polk’s office as an orthodontic assistant since August 2007 and has enjoyed meeting and getting to know all of our patients. In Ali’s spare time, she stays busy with school as she works toward her degree in nursing. Ali has a wide circle of friends and enjoys spending time with friends and family. She likes to dance, play guitar, work out and play sports.
Amy Bates – Clinical Assistant & Laboratory Technician
Amy recently joined our staff as a clinical assistant and laboratory technician, but she also performs front desk duties. She has five years experience in the field of dentistry and is an all-around great team player. Amy will jump in wherever she is needed and loves being a part of our team. Outside the office, she stays very busy with her three small children and loves every minute with them.
